Lamp - fused glass panels set in a wood base (more info in alt text)

Lamp has three panels of rectangular, slightly curved glass set in a square light wood base about 2 inches thick. Panels are about 7 by 12 inches and set in a triangular pattern. This photo shows the front panel. All three panels are identical. They are made of white glass with a pattern three wavy lines - two wavy lines are parallel and the third wavy lines crosses the other two. The lines are made of blue dots that grow in size from one end of the line to the other. Each wavy line is a different shade of blue. I consider this lamp a prototype since my woodworking/routering skills need work so the panels wobble a bit in their channels. This photo shows where glass panels come together. The wavy lines meet at the edges of the panels

Fused glass cufflinks

Pair of irregularly shaped glass cufflinks. Dark blue transparent glass (looks almost black) with a stripe of dichroic glass in the middle of each cufflink. Dichroic glass is often black glass with metallic coating which gives you a range of intense colors that look metallic so one cufflink has orange, blue yellow metallic, and the other one has orange, magenta and yellow metallic colors. Cufflink hardware is golden colored metal. They are photographed on white marble surface with a sprig of white cedar in the background.

Glass tile gone wrong, but ended up interesting
Huge air bubble developed during fusing and has not cracked in the years since then

Glass tile about 6 by 6 inches. Base is white glass which was colored navy blue with glass powder so the color is uneven. In the middle there is a silver tear shape with three blue dots on the left. Most of the tear shape is transparent grey and that is where the clear top layer of glass did not fuse to the bottom layer but formed a bubble because the air trapped between layers expanded during heating. Now this is a huge bubble which i have not seen before or after and it probably has to do with the way I made silver tear shape. I vaguely remember mixing glass powder which holds lot of air with some kind of compound and that is what probably caused the air bubble. There are two squiggly lines on the right side of the plate which I really like (and will have to replicate in another piece in the future) but those are reflections of a window frame. Same glass tile in profile so that you can see how big the bubble is. It is a bit less than an inch tall.

Glass plate, 6 by 12 inches. Base is white glass and on top are stripes in shades of blue and green one side of each stripe is rounded (they look a bit like a capital letter D) and they overlap.

Wonky stud earrings 🤣

Pair of stud earrings which are in wonky, i.e. not round but in the shape of very rounded triangles. They are made of non transparent or opalescent glass. One tip of the triangle is lime green glass, and the rest is striped glass going from grey to white and light blue stripes to white. So second tip is greyish, the third tip is white and the middle is striped white and light blue glass. Photographed on rough grey surface with greenery in the background. Same as previous photo. This photo shows stainless steel post on the back of the earring.

Sparkly leaf plate, 6x6 inches

Not the best photo as it is really gloomy day today, but at least colors are on the cheerful side.

Square plate, about 6 by 6 inches. The plate is made of layers of clear glass with transparent glass beads in between layers. Beads are in colors of green, yellow, orange and red arranged in a shape of a autumn leaf with green on the bottom and the middle of the leaf, and then yellow, orange and red towards the edges and tip of the leaf. Plate has amber yellow border, about half an inch thick.

Sunflower
Fused glass panel for a light fixture

Glass panel about 10 by 10 inches large showing a sunflower in bottom right corner. Center of the sunflower are darker yellow beads and petals are yellow. Left of the sunflower are pieces of green glass representing leaves and above are pieces of glass in different shades of blue. The whole thing looks like a mosaic but glass is partially fused to a a base of clear glass base. In the channels between various pieces of glass small glass beads have been scattered.

Fused glass pendant
Inspired by raindrops and dew

Round glass pendant, about 2 inches, on a silver chain. Round transparent glass beads have been partially fused to a white glass base. On top right beads are transparent blue, and on the bottom they are lighter green. The rest of the pendant has clear beads. Green beads form hills, blue beads represent blue sky coming out from clouds which are clear beads. Some beads are two toned, like clear and green or clear and blue, and aligned so that hills and patch of blue sky are delineated by a clear line.

Glass paperweight
Made in 2011 at Espace Verre in Montreal in a weekend glassblowing course
Questionable selection of colors and ginormous air bubble in the middle 🤣🤣🤣 but it reminds me of a whale breaching in the middle of the foamy waves.

Glass paperweight about 2.5 inches tall in shape of an egg. Bottom of the paperweight is deep plum color with streaks of yellow, middle is mostly yellow streaks on foamy looking and streaky sea green glass, and the top third of the paperweight is a clear with a large air bubble that looks (to me at least) like a head of a whale that is about to breach. Glass paperweight about 2.5 inches tall in shape of an egg. Bottom of the paperweight is deep plum color with streaks of yellow, middle is mostly yellow streaks on foamy looking and streaky sea green glass, and the top third of the paperweight is a clear with a large air bubble that looks (to me at least) like a head of a whale that is about to breach.

Fused glass cufflinks
I knitted this sweater myself but I eyeballed the whole thing 🙄 so the sleeves have been weirdly narrowed down around wrists. So I had a "brilliant" idea to use cufflinks on the sleeves. 😂
But the whole thing looks cheerful so I like it.

A pair of glass fused cufflinks. They are round, white and have silver snowflake in the center. Snowflake is sterling silver foil but has pale gold color after being fused to glass. Cufflink hardware is golden colored metal and cufflinks are on red, chunky sweater. I use this pair of cufflinks on this sweater because I knitted the sweater without any instructions and as a result, I have not narrowed sleeves down properly around wrists so they look a bit weird.

Blue green fused glass plate with cracks (yet to be slumped into the plate mold)
It makes me think of Bob Ross and happy accidents.

Round glass plate. Center is darker blue and white base is peeking through around the center. About 2 inches of the edge is lighter blue with irregular green spots on top. The edge is mostly white. During the fusing (or more correctly casting) process the white glass, which is the base of the plate, has cracked because the heating was too fast (which was my mistake), and as a result, it caused thermal shock to the white glass on the bottom. At the highest temperature point when glass is molten, blue glass flowed into the cracks and sealed them. The cracks are visible as dark blue line which flows across the side of the center blue section, and then branches out into four lines which reach the opposite edge of the plate. The crack starts at the bottom edge of the plate and the branches of the crack end at the top, but they are not that visible under the ligher blue and green section of the plate. At the points where they reach the edge blue and green glass reaches the edge as well. Both sides of the plate are smooth. Since I find the effect beautiful, it makes me think of Bob Ross who said that there are no mistakes, only happy accidents.

Fused glass hockey skate ornament made of stripey non-transparent glass.
Cutting glass and assembling pieces together so that stripes flow uninterrupted was a challenge here.

Fused glass Christmas tree ornament - mitten with snowflake
Ornament in shape of a mitten hanging on a pine branch. Mitten is white opalescent glass and has glass beads arranged in a shape of a snowflake. Beads are in shades of blue with center being darker blue. There is a row of blue glass beads on top of the mitten as well.

Single layer of Bullseye glass with stringers (thin glass rods) and glass powder. May become something else.🤔

Drawing of a cat figure on glass, a bit abstract. Base is square dark blue transparent glass with uneven edges, and Mrkich the cat is "drawn" with 2mm wide white glass rods which I bent by heating them over the candle flame to get curves as they come straight. The rods were fused into the dark blue base so the surface is smooth. The cat is sitting with one front paw up and her tail is curled up. She has three little moon crescents and three white dots on her body. Her eyes are made with dots of white glass powder arranged in circle with one dot in the center, and they look like they glow. Top edge of the piece of glass is wavy as the Bullseye glass sheets sometimes come with one wavy edge. Other edges have dog boning which happens when you fuse 3mm thick piece of glass. Glass tries to reach 6mm thickness when molten so the edge itself thickens, the area next to it toward the center thins and corners look like they were pulled out a bit and you would feel that with your fingertips.

Sparkly plate - fused glass

Square plate, 6x6 inches, made of two layers of clear glass with small glass balls in various shades of transparent blue and very pale yellow sandwiched between. They look like they are flowing across the plate in streams and sparkle when reflecting light. Plate has transparent blue border. When touched, surface of the plate is sligthly wavy. Same as previous image. The plate in this photo sparkles more.

Christmas tree ornament - fused glass with silver

Since it's the season and we are getting snow tomorrow.
Round ornament about 4 inches in diameter. Base is striped glass (I can't take credit for the pattern as this glass is made that way by the manufacturer). Wavy stripes are in tones of alternating lighter and darker blue with a little bit of teal on the bottom. Darker bands are slightly sparkly. On top of the stripes are silver dots arranged in the shape of constellation Great Bear or Big Dipper. Below is a snowflake cut out of silver foil.

Glass pendant

Irregularly shaped glass pendant (roughly shaped as rounded capital letter D with flat side of the letter being the the bottom) hanging on a dark blue cord. Top and right side of the pendant have dots in two shades of green - mossy and light green. Middle of the pendant has yellow dots of various sizes, and below yellow dots are sky blue dots of varying sizes as well. On the bottom and left size are dark blue dots. Dots are outlined in dark blue which is actually a bit sparkly but you can't see that because my phone camera is not that great. Pendant is 6.3cm (1 5/8 in) wide, 5.7cm (1 1/2 in) tall (without bail) and 0.6cm (1/4 in) thick.

Round 11 inch plate made of glass. Base is white. On top there is a dark blue round center and around it are progressively paler blue somewhat irregular concentric circles. The white base peeks through between circles. The last circle, closest to the edge, has streakes of white on top of it that may or may not remind you of clouds
