Really wish people would learn the difference between a pentagram and a pentacle. The former is a geometric shape, the latter is a spell diagram. But (using my Mona Lisa Vito voice) "For 36 eggs cut in half lengthwise and arranged on angles you need a minimum of 16 inches point to point".

Dyslexia is not just words and numbers. It's concepts and relationships. Mine are just messed up.

I was awesome at math up through geometry (real stuff), then I got to algebra and bs like "square root of -1" and my dyslexia just noped out. It's like I can fix your computer problem with intuition, but if you ask me HOW, I just start to cry.

Consider the demographic of most viewers when it first was in theaters - Ghost BJ was about all that most adolescent males could hope for, and it was pretty edgy at the time. At least that's how I remember it 🙃

Had a "country lawyer" friend get one of his clients off because the officer could not tell the difference between real beer and NA beer just by smell. Claiming he could "smell it" without any physical evidence was not enough. Of course now if the client was hispanic they'd be deported anyway.

At risk of revealing too much, there have been occasions where this is not necessarily true. I will shut up now.

I find this interesting because I have LC and I am also dyslexic, which is sometimes linked to problems in the corpus colossum, which send signals between left and right brain. Wonder if treatments for the one could help with the other. Because I have both.

Have to admit we have several immigrant communities here in MPLS burbs and it seems like a cultural thing to bring several generations all at the same time. I don't mind because I think it's nice, but I do lurk the side aisles and only enter the crowd zones when I really need something.
