Hospitals are already under massive strain as they deal with an unprecedented influx of injuries, while trying to sustain essential services.

A growing number of health facilities have had to shut down across #Lebanon, due to intense bombardment, insecurity, and evacuation orders.

WHO and partners evacuated six patients - three children and three adults - and seven companions from #Gaza to #Jordan. Two patients will be further transferred to the United States, while 4 will remain in Jordan for specialised care.
