I ordered a birthday cake from @dairyqueens.bsky.social. As a joke I told my son "I wonder if we can write something funny on it." So I ordered it and the poor lady from Dairy Queen had to call me to say corporate policy doesn't let them do curse words. Lame. Understandable, but lame.

I was last in England in 2019. Since then, 65% of my clients are there and after all the pandemic stuff, it was time to come back.
Since that last trip, I've had a £10 note in my wallet. Just chilling in there, a reminder of the last time I was there.

I'm the type of strange person that I would often put my Spotify in private mode when I wanted to just listen to one artist for awhile in fear I'd throw off my Wrapped and having it say my top artist was, say, Astrud Gilberto. Which is fine but it backfired on me this year.

I use WordPress all day every day for the hundreds of sites we manage. There's nothing worse than all the plugin makers who feel like they need to add their stupid sale banners on my admin dashboard.

I nearly had Bake Off spoiled by the internet and I don't know if we can wait until Friday. Might have to set sail to watch it tonight.

Well, I backed up my Twitter archive (going all the way back to 2007) and locked my account there. That was harder than I thought it was be, but I know its the right choice.
