This was a great documentary too. Frontline docs are must-see.

Trump as some sort of Epstein whistleblower or informant requires a level of self-delusion that only a MAGA is capable of. I’m glad TPM is still all over their ass.

Also, I should probably stop overusing the word “literally”. Bad habit.

Reminder that Michael Wolff is also the guy who said that Epstein literally showed him Polaroids with Trump and naked girls. He’s not some uninformed troll; he’s literally an Epstein PR guy.

Abramoff should be tossed in jail permanently. TalkingPointsMemo was all over his case for years.

Interesting that his biographer Michael Wolf is giving him PR advice.

We need a run on the banks to enrage the public at their leadership.

This was an absolutely amazing documentary. Thank you.

Jar Jar Binks was to the Clone Wars what George McClellan was to the Civil War.

As far as other candidates who had far better chances to win, the answer is all of them: Moore, Whitmer, Brashear, Shapiro. Frankly, any of the many tough blue-collar midwestern union leaders would have mopped the floor with Trump.

The whole Biden politburo who isolated him and told him he was winning rather than losing. They stabbed the Dem party and country in the back out of sheer personal convenience. The Tapper book details this thoroughly, and other sources as well.
November 8, 2025 at 5:32 PM
But we agree on all this. Apparently you think that despite this we should nominate a losing candidate. You and I see the economic reality, but I don’t think you see the political reality. I volunteered for Biden in 2020, but he was destined to lose in 2024. That’s the reality.
November 8, 2025 at 5:30 PM
WTF are you talking about. The economy was relatively good and the public wrongly felt otherwise. Yes the media treated him unfairly. I didn’t say otherwise. But that’s precisely why he shouldn’t have run. Why do you want to run someone destined to lose?!

Funny that Tomi hates the concept of coexistence. Respect your neighbor? Tolerance? She hates that stuff.
November 8, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Biden miserably failed to convey the good economic news to the public, and that failure rendered him destined to lose as a candidate. Everyone around him prioritized their personal political careers instead of pushing for the strongest candidate.
November 8, 2025 at 5:10 PM
Absolutely. The pro-Biden/Harris brigade is out here defending the indefensible. Our party was stocked with great political talent and instead the Dem leadership foisted two candidates widely rejected by our own party’s voters well in advance. It was political malpractice.

Biden and Harris should not have run, right?
November 8, 2025 at 1:41 AM
I agree. The polls were unmistakable. The ejection was winnable with a non-incumbent candidate.
