I’m really sad right now but I’ll be ok tomorrow. After 48 years without a World Series what’s another decade or two. Just wanted to see it with my dad.

I’ve got super fond memories of watching ALDS game 5 in 1995 at my grandparents’ house in Puyallup with my entire family. And sprinting home from high school to see Randy shut down the Angels to win the West with my best friend. That’s pretty much the best thing ever.

But, if I watch a potential Seattle World Series at home with loved ones that’s pretty epic. And I’ll have the (much cheaper!) memories of going to ALDS 2 and 5 and ALCS 3. Plus that saves me money for a WS jersey!

A lot of tickets are being sold by scalpers and the prices will fluctuate a lot. ALCS Game Five tickets were down to $93 early in the morning.

The lowest I saw them on resale sites was $1,100 after staring at $2,500. I’d love to go but we could on a family vacation for that. Going to keep watching and if I see a single ticket for under $1k I might bite.
