It's all just been so fucked and I'm drained...trying to fight off the damn anxiety attacks is exhausting...did manage to keep them mostly at bay today, but there was a few hours earlier in the day where it was just fucking rough...

Oh, if you want to pay for it yourself you can get it...but people keep insisting there is all this free help from the govt or other agencies...they don't know that it's limited, years long wait lists, obstacle after obstacle (which, many don't have the ability/energy to navigate)..*sigh*

This is a big part of why I haven't been active on here. I've had to really cut back on how much news I expose myself to, which of course, makes it difficult to be informed or to run my FB page...but I clearly need some sort of break. I need to find time to escape it all for a day or two...
