As it stands the Equality Act protects biological sex and GRA never said males can change to biologicals and have the rights to female spaces thats the way i am reading this right now can you show me otherwise ?

Good Law project dont want anything to do with the ex judges case that tells you alot

From what i can see the GRA Act 2004 never gave people the right to change biological sex

Males were never given rights to then say they are biological females this is going to be hard to fight against this

Gut feeling and on the Equality Act they will say trans people are protected in law already and that sex means biological sex at birth

From what i see GRA was to do with employment and housing no discrimination on them

I simply pointed out the Scottish government is telling trans women they are males and that non binary to them does not exist thats worrying can we not agree on that?
