I applaud your effort, problem with horror games, (at least with a majority of them) is that there will be profanity involved to some extent due to the genre of the games, same as a horror movie. I agree with removing people that make others uncomfortable, but I'm uncertain of the last part, you said you banned someone for asking you to troubleshoot then said about someone asking how to play a game? Viewers look up to streamers to pass on knowledge and sometimes use this as a convo starter

I 100% agree! Considering Twitch is one of the "oldest" streaming platforms, they are quite slow on the uptake

So this depends by what ur fully looking for, if u dont want them in your chat you would use the ban command which would be /ban <username>, this will prevent them from ever talking in your chat, to simply block them, you would need to see them in any chat and follow the steps I mentioned earlier
