Prosper? I don't know if that's a choice, but I have a pretty good casual Prosper deck, and it would be really cool to see a cEDH version of Prosper

I played my Betor, Ancestor's Voice deck against an Umbris player last night. By turning THREE he had a Planar Void AND a Dauthi Voidwalker out. I hadn't even had a chance to mill myself yet.

It's fantastic in my Kefka, Court Mage spellslinger deck, and any deck that is a third instants and sorceries make me want to make space for Bombardment

How do you feel about Arcane Bombardment? It's become a bit of a pet card for me, and I bet it would be amazing in your list or with Riku in general

Versatile and possibly powerful would be the goal, I think. Like aiming for bracket 3, but okay with inconsistency if the games are wacky and memorable

Fair. My first thought was to shove as many modal spells in the deck as possible (prioritizing ones that allow maximum choices per spell) and reining it in if needed for function.
I kinda did the same thing with my Yidris "Maximum Cascade" deck. I want fun, not necessarily optimal.
