I finally got motivated enough to add regexp support. "leo z[aeo]gh?a[mn]i" now works to find most common transcription errors of Leo Zagami.

I’ve implemented image search for my InfoWars archive the last few days. Will take quite a while to index everything, but it might be worthwhile to do.
