Congress did not approve those specific expenditures. In the funding process they give them a certain amount of money. And most of the Congress people don't read the fine print. The people who were funding this were the executives at usaid. You need to use critical thinking

How is the Constitution being overthrown? And if you truly believe that why not get this in front of scotus? Think you're going to be real surprised when you find out that the executive branch has the Constitutional authority to do exactly what's being done right now.

Why do you believe there will be no audits? You may believe that I'm gullible, I believe you're jaded and biased. Both of those things cause the brain and the mind to distort factual reality. Would you agree on that?
