The state rail plan shows different numbers than this. Given that this is now a CalSTA project and not a BART one, I would use their service levels, not the old Link21/state rail plan frequencies.

Between San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland are high speed rail, intercity, and regional rail with 30, 30, and at least 15 minute headways, respectively. Once through the second transbay tube, regional branches into two branches with 30 minute headways to Oakland Coliseum and Suisun Fairfield. HSR service continues as far as Richmond with 30 minute headways and intercity services continues as far as Sacramento and Roseville with 30 minute headways.
