Well I hate making accounts when using a service but I make an account with a consideration and what will I benefit from making an account, it's also shame that arc requires an account, I assume they are doing this for 2 things, Device sync or marketing.

Honestly, I have no idea, but I use accounts on browsers so i can sync my data across my devices.
