#allotment part of the garlic harvest drying out nicely in the shed! These have "unbroken" outer skins so should be fine for storage over into the winter ❄️

#allotment sorting the garlic 🧄 harvest cleaning/grading . looking for imperfections.only the "good" stuff gets stored . will hang tomorrow to let the bulbs dry and stored over the winter.

#allotment going through the garlic 🧄, grading for storage.tthese didn't make the grade( outer layer of the bulbs have not developed all the way around the cloves) we will eat them first!
