I genuinely believe this to be the case.
The reason Trump is imposing tariffs of 20% on the EU and the lesser 10% on the UK is so it allows Nigel Farage to brag about Brexit benefiting the UK and helping his future election bid.
Which would allow for Trump and PM Farage to sell off the NHS...
