Yup another crudo…. Yellowtail, dressed with Gremolata , shaved radish, red onion and lemon plus a few scattered capers. I always sprinkle a little Maldon salt flakes as well. I love my Sushi, Sashimi, Poke, Ceveche; but when it comes to raw fish dishes; For me,Crudo is the king. #crudo #fish #taste
