I am pleased to announce that I have just been awarded an NPQ for Leading Teacher Development from the DfE. All the hard work throughout the course has finally paid off. Excited to see how I can apply the knowledge and skills that I learned moving forward.

6/6 Stage 5 of the cycle is based upon the idea of feedback as actions from @teacherhead @olicav.bsky.social @WALKTHRUs_5. Sts choose one of the 5Rs of action feedback to carry out an immediate improvement task, activating Sts as owners of their own learning
