Over the last few weeks, we have absolutely loved participating in the YMI sessions. This has given us amazing experiences of early literacy, dance, singing and parachute games to name but a few! Look at the absolute joy on display during our recent session.

Today we welcomed Helen who is a beekeeper into our class. It was great hearing about all she does with the bees. We even got to spin honey and we were ‘buzzing’ to taste it. 🐝

Our Primary 6 and 7 pupils lead the learning of their peers through approaches such as Pedagoo Friday which give opportunities for personal achievement.

Our classes are using the Falkirk Council Learning for Sustainability Framework to plan ways for our pupils to become Wallacestone Change Makers. #learningforsustainability #wpscommunity
Our ‘change makers’ topic is in full motion now. Today we sorted our snacks into waste free or not then learned all about plastic pollution.
