If it's genuinely sideways with no uplift in pay at least, then I'd say stay where you are (assuming it's a safe role); working with people you don't like sucks.
Now, if it changes your skill set and opens new opportunities, that may make it worth it, but that assumes you leave to take advantage.

I remember remapping all my 'special' folders to OneDrive (Mesh) years ago, so I didn't have to think about saving to cloud.

Yeah, I never really got on with widgets, a good icon is fine.
Now in an ideal world I'd be back on my WindowPhone screen, that was a phone os.

If I want something a little more focused a swipe gets me this instead.

Ok... sounds like a plugin to the existing PowerToys spotlight search would have been better (and I suspect an equal number of people would know about them)

A long time ago.
Its been basically busted for over a month at this point and my ability to be arsed to fix it is below zero.
No matter how good my backups, I know I'll lose stuff and I just don't want to deal with it. I'll keep looking for repair options.

I really want to watch this; I know a bit of the lore of Aliens & Prometheus and it seems interesting.. but I'm a scaredy cat and those movies are terrifying to me!

I really enjoyed it; big Supes fan myself. Fantastic Four is probably the better movie, but this was a good Superman film (though I like Man Of Steel which I understand is a perhaps controversial statement).

You've laid it out as an either/or, I dont see why I can't have a best of both.
Time boxed decisions on clear (maybe temporarily biased) scopes that get delivered; then continuously iterated on in a human centred form.
I've ended up in 'design by committee' paralysis too often.
