Then of your jobsworth attendants tried to stop my 8 yr old going to the toilet!!! Whats he supposed to do after being kept waiting so long. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of paying customers.

Travelling back from Palma, flight delayed by an hour, no communication. Turns out priority/speedy boarding means you’re just first on the bus not the plane! Kept waiting on the bus for 10 mins then door opened letting heat in and made to wait another 10 mins! WTAF Ryanair.
