Thrilled to see our iPhD and MRC DTP students engaging at this week’s annual Faculty of Medicine Research Conference! It was a fantastic opportunity for them to expand their networks across the faculty and connect with interdisciplinary PhD peers.

In the afternoon, students had the opportunity to talk to guests working in different fields at the Careers Fair, followed by the networking session.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the event, especially the organisers Maria Moran, Charlotte McGuinnes, Sandra Olatz and Weronika Biala!

It was great to see so many faces at the second Student-Led Away Day at Queen Mary University of London on 9 May, which focused on networking and career paths outside academia.
The day started with a networking workshop and keynote talk from @drstevex.bsky.social .
