I did end up finding mace beads and immediately purchased them to make mace earrings

I did something similar with some gothic earrings I saw a whole back that I liked but wanted to try a remix on. They were earrings with red flowers on the lobe and black spikes thay dangled down. I liked the concept but didn't like the texture of the red flower
