Super is a decent show. The arcs are not a lot interesting than what classic and Z had. But I enjoyed some arcs for maybe Goku Black and ToP. The fillers are also fun to watch from some episodes. GT is an okay show. Just like with Super it has some decent arcs, but the writings are not good.
