If i save a post ,and that post gets deleted, will i be notified?

Is there also the option to hide posts by topic?
For example if i dont want anything tagged "Political" in my feed, i have to painfully insert all possible words used in political tweets and news and possibly also muting unrelated tweets that use the same words.
