This looks awesome!
Do all profiles that use crt masks have to be updated manually?

You are a legend! Thank you!

Screen yes, but SW2 wins in every other aspect over swoled by a long shot imho.

I had mine hooked up with an RGB cable, looked absolutely pristine this way. If I remember correctly PGR3 had a sub 720p resolution and also not the best AF. PGR4 looked quite a bit cleaner then. Man, now I want to play those games.

Played this one on a CRT, it looked unbelievable on there.

Looks absolutely delicious!

Can we have a list without COD? 🙈

Amen to that!

It is one of the reasons why I mostly play and collect retro games nowadays. Most SNES games have left their mark in video game culture and people’s memories, whereas nowadays they feel more secluded and quickly forgotten due to the sheer volume of them.

Oh, this looks awesome! Congrats! (And so does He-Man!)

Yeah, unfortunate, but totally get that. 😢

Oh no, please do make a video about it! 🙏🏻

SNES and MD can be modded so that a sizeable chunk of games can be forced to 60Hz. Should only be used for games that were not optimized otherwise they run too fast.

A 2001 list without Luigi’s Mansion is blasphemous!

Looking at the sealed Games on my shelf, is that also true for consoles or is that a rather minor factor?

Final straw was tango gameworks. Xbox completely lost it. I‘ll fondly remember OG, 360 and One X that brought me back, but I‘m done with Xbox for good. Series X didn’t do it for me at all and frankly I don’t care what they are doing next. Soulless.

Maybe it is the frequency where this is brought up and the fact that there is hardly anything that can be done about it until a new revision comes out? I am super annoyed by how Nintendo handles N64 and GameCube Emulation, but the difference is that there is something they could do about it.

Great to see these are finally available for order! Any ball park idea when the interposer for PAL consoles will be available? :)
April 24, 2025 at 1:33 PM
Could this be parents buying consoles for their kids or is the buyer also the player in these cases? Or is that simply impossible to tell?

Making recapping a necessity is a good idea to make sure that people can enjoy their SNES for years to come.
Do you have an idea how long you will do installs only and do documentation, before you will sell them to everyone including Europe?

Yeah, Gen6 has aged much better than Gen7, even if you ignore frame rate.

That is an odd way for saying someone is speaking the truth!

Wait… are those actually bad?
