Sorry for your loss. Lost my father-in-law 10 months ago. He lived with my wife and I and loved spending time with our son every day. He was like the father I never had. My suggestion is to make a locket with his picture in it and wear it down the aisle. Hold it close when you’re missing him.

Went the other week after ~13 years of not going. Not a single cavity, but my gum health was bad and I needed a deep cleaning. After a few hours of cleaning and two weeks of mouthwash I’m all good. Good luck, and don’t be worried. A good dentist won’t judge.

People are dumb if they think brain chemistry can be fixed by diet and exercise. Even when I worked out 3 hours a day and ate well my ADHD was raging.
