When companies invest in DEI, they invest in people. Target needs to stand firm in its values, not retreat. Will you add your name to call on Target to reinstate its DEI programs?

I love these reminders about how even small changes make a difference. We don’t need to be overwhelmed, and can make small changes incrementally over time — and hopefully more as time goes by
Transportation is the largest contributor to U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, but small changes in how we commute can make a big difference. Switching just one weekly car commute to public transit, biking, or carpooling can reduce your carbon footprint by 20 pounds of CO2 per year.

Yes, this is a GREAT point! I know that composting isn't available everywhere yet, but it is becoming more and more common around the world. If you have it available, PLEASE us it whenever you can.
Agriculture is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, and food waste alone accounts for 8–10% of global emissions. Yet, Americans throw away 30-40% of their food each year. By making small changes you can reduce waste and help mitigate climate change.
