Built this home brewing rig over 11 years ago. Brewed 600+ gal. beer for friends and family. I got my money's worth. If you're looking for a great hobby with elements of science, math, cooking, DIY fabrication and the resulting product is pretty darn good (most of the time); might try home brewing.
