For me, this means holding two truths at one.

First, it is incumbent upon me to create the most relevant, ‘useful,’ and engaging assessments I can.

Second, most students will put in more work to an assignment that’s attached to a grade. (This is rational and logical)

A joyful contradiction.

Sounds like me! Also, being AuDHD means a 90 minute lesson usually takes around four hours. (Not playing suffering Olympics; just commiserating on the impossible nature of our profession)
