The end of term is in sight. A very rewarding term with lots of successes and small steps, but we are all feeing it now and will be ready for next Friday #SEND #EduSky #Teaching

And just like that, the summer holiday has come to an end. Two days on INSET before I welcome my new class on Wednesday. I am excited to see what this year brings but cannot help those Sunday feelings.

It is an interesting read, and it leads to the question of how it would work in the #teaching world? I am sure there are many settings out there that would benefit from switching off out of directed hours.

I've been working on #phonics and English today, ready for September. Each week, I start with our 'Focus Five' keywords. It worked well with my #SEND class last year as it gave them a clear focus on new or unfamiliar words to learn throughout the week alongside our activities. #EduSky #Special
