From a cyberpunk ghost ship story.
Going with "world" since I don't have global. How the floating micronation the crew is infiltrating attempted to fund itself. Did the plan work? Reread the first line of this post.

Some worldbuilding. An ecological disaster cursed the land. The city couldn’t build outward to give people homes… so they built up. It was done in desperation, so it wasn’t an act of perfectly organized city planning, but it worked, so they could do better the next time.
From a cyberpunk ghost ship story. The team is examining the infirmary and is discovering just how unprepared the ship was for a medical emergency.

Describing a monster. Basic idea was “hairless skull, lots of fur as a defense against cutting, long claws to groom the fur and slash prey.”
Visual inspirations were Sabretooth from X-Men and the first form of Hirudegarn from one of the DBZ movies.

Got the word, but I’m going for vibes. Got a silly one today, early point in a story I’ve only got a couple scattered scenes and ideas for. Undead seniority, warlock royalties, the weird place mummies occupy within pop culture views of the undead/monsters…
