Fwiw the creme royale brushed go pretty well
Rinse/ clean off mud
Prick with a fork, rub with olive oil and salt put in a bowl and cover & microwave for 10 mins
Remove from microwave and put on a tray with a bed of salt & bake at 200 for ~20
brush off excess salt from base…
Cut, squeeze add butter
