Whenever I hear/read a bad cyclist incident I always ask you to look at drivers the best time you're out. Look for offences they're committing ie seatbelts, phones, tinted front windows, not indicating for other road users, speeding, red lights. Let me know when you lose count.

VED doesn't go direct to paying for roads. It just goes into the big pot with other taxes... some of which obviously does pay for roads.

They also don't appear to like paying more money to poor children... maybe if we told them we'll remove the tax on ownership of a third polo pony inline with the 2 child cap going they'd like it better🤔

I think that the petition is actually quite important in this case. It should show 'the will of the people' and we want the enquiry. Public perceptions matter far more to Farage than Labour taking potshots at him.

I think it was a very sensible budget in the circumstances. Some things may have been set up for the future too. When it comes to the budget, the government action that affects us the most, I care very little about how the Chancellor is as a person or a politician, or what their party is doing.
