As a life long West Virginian, I am truly embarrassed by this so called person. Robert Byrd was rather embarrassing but he knew the Constitution inside and out and after a few hiccups, became a better leader. Manchin has no redeeming qualities as far as I am concerned.

Born and raised on Wheeling Island (middle upper Ohio River, West Virginia), I’m not new to flooding. However, unlike recent severe creek flooding, we always had ample warning. I truly feel for those people. I do not see any Federal help coming though.
