Eliminating adult-use sales would be disastrous. Cannabis policy should be grounded in public health, public safety, and public access, and a well-regulated and sustainable legal industry is essential for all three.

Ohio's House of Representatives passed SB 56, which would make numerous changes to the voter-approved cannabis legalization law. Outrageously, it eliminates non-discrimination protections and prohibits numerous activities allowed by voters.
