You give Lecanemab (Leqembi) initially every two weeks (biweekly) for at least 18 months, then can switch to monthly (every four weeks) or weekly subcutaneous dosing, while Donanemab is given monthly (every four weeks) until amyloid plaque is cleared. Not a doctor, just Google info.

The main dementia drugs given intravenously are the anti-amyloid monoclonal antibodies Lecanemab (Leqembi) and Donanemab (Kisunla), used for early-stage Alzheimer's to clear amyloid plaques, slowing cognitive decline, with Lecanemab given bi-weekly and Donanemab monthly via IV infusion.
