She can save $116/month by switching to a higher-deductible marketplace plan. But I don't want to steer her to the marketplace if the rates are going to skyrocket☹️ I would be a terrible friend if I did. I don't know if she's eligible for a subsidy, but it's only her, so I don't think she is.

She sent me the Moda Health link, so I think she purchased directly. The same plan on the marketplace is a little less. She has a rich plan, but I don't think she needs the low deductible. I'm going to speak with her sometime this weekend.

My friend currently has a Moda plan in OR and is trying to decide whether to switch to a marketplace plan. Are the premium hikes only for those with subsidies, or will they hit enrollees who don't have subsidies? Thanks!

Try Settings > Display & Brightness > Appearance. I think that's what you might be referring to re "dark mode"?
