Universal healthcare is a payment mechanism. It can lead to some efficiencies with regulation. But likely it would still be expensive. We could also allow free immigration of doctors to the US (and not require them to repeat residency here). Nurses as well.

The aurora is made when charged particles ionize gas in the atmosphere, sometimes as high as the exosphere (up to about 400 miles high). GOES geostationary satellites are 22,000 miles high. So they are above the aurora.
