22. Star-Crossed World
This was shorter than I expected. It was cute and fun. More Kirby Forgotten Land is nice, since I love Forgotten Land. Was just kinda hoping for more than what was there. Finale was especially kind of a letdown. I dunno. It was fine, if a bit unremarkable.

21. Ace Attorney: Investigations
I much prefer the base gameplay of this over Ace Attorney, and it is very cute. But woof, man, there was a lotta things in this that really annoyed me. A lotta reused characters and gags, and I started getting really irritated by the end. Very mixed time overall.

I c0mm'd @jedimess.bsky.social for art of a few of my OCs for a short story I made, and the art is just so sick and I am so happy with it. It captures my characters perfectly and the mood of the story and everything and just 😭💞 It came out so perfect! She's so talented, thank you again, Jedi!!

20. Donkey Kong Bananza
Fun time.

19. Fantastic 4: First Steps
It was good! The cast was very cute and the plot was intense! Though a bit part as to why was cause of Thunderbolts lol, so maybe the stakes were artificially inflated in my head. But the stand out was the world! It made me wish we had movies set here instead lol.

19. Succession (S4)
Beautiful. The term gets thrown around a lot, but this shit was Shakespearean. All of these thoroughly complex characters navigating a world so beyond our own, yet still falling to the same trappings we do, but to even more extremes than we; I dunno, man. This shit's art.

18. Superman
Yes! It was beautiful. It was powerful. What I needed. The things it has to say are so moving to me. And goddamn, it didn't back away from the politics it wanted to attack, lol, awesome to see especially after Brave New World was so cowardly about shit. Great stuff. Inspiring. Superman.

17. Ironheart
Damn, okay! I went in not caring about Riri or the concept, but holy shit! It had me on the edge of my seat for so much of it. They really go all-in on breaking down Riri's char to a degree I've never rarely seen. And the journey she goes on is crazy. Villains are also all great!

16. It's A Wonderful Life
I didn't expect this movie to play out like that, damn, okay. I can see why it's a classic. Not my favorite old movie, but it was real good and really gets you reflecting. A depressing time followed by a good time.

Went out to my High School reunion tonight; had a ton of fun and looked great :3

15. MHA Movie 2: Heroes Rising
Color me surprised! Was very unimpressed with the first movie, so didn't expect much here. But wow! Seeing all of 1-A go all out, each with their unique talents on display, brought to their limits, was great! Ending sequence was amazing, but the explanations were lol.

14. Captain America: Brave New World
Mm.
I finally got around to watching it now that it's on D+ and
mm.
Don't like most the ideas in the movie. I think it's rather confused. Very neutered and safe plot, too, esp considering what it showed in the trailers. Just a lot of baffling decisions. Bleh.

13. Flow
A very unique and artistic movie. I wasn't as moved as I thought I would be when I heard about it, but it did leave me with a good bit to think on. Really beautiful and it really does tug your heart and stress you the fuck out; overall a good time and a beautiful showcase.

12. YFN Spider-Man
It feels so fresh getting a full street-level, teen drama, fun Spider-Man in this format. Don't get me wrong, love the Holland films, but it just feels so nice to have Spider-Man dealing with smaller problems and I really hope this sorta direction is what's in store for the films.

11. OneShot
Short, cute, and very melancholic. It didn't do anything super remarkable, but I enjoyed it and was very immersed all throughout. The Tower puzzle was really amazing, a very creative segment that'll stick with me, for sure. Solstice was more exciting and more my speed; happy I played it!

10. Agatha All Along
I didn't expect to care about this any, considering I wasn't a huge fan of Agatha to start with. But I was very pleasantly surprised. A fun journey with some interesting character moments and setpieces. The 7th ep in particular was probs one of my fav eps of MCU TV, tbh. Great!

9. Thunderbolts*
It was pretty damn good! A little too fast for me, in regards to a number of different things, and really disappointed in a few key elements that really did add up for me. But the things I did like, I LOVED! So overall, pretty damn good. Great, but flawed.

8. My Hero Academia (S7)
Peak stuff. Very good. Love this shit. I cried. I popped off. You can really feel the endgame energy throughout the entire season. It does feel like the first half of the end, which it is, but even so, many amazing moments for so many chars. Looking forward to S8 this year.

7. Succession (S3)
The main plot didn't go where I would have liked it and felt a bit unsatisfying, but the character work and the big plot points still really really really hit this season. More amazing work from these actors and writers here, excited and devastated to watch the final Season soon.

Got my hair washed and blowdried at a salon today for some headshot and ngl, my hair fucks so hard.

6. Succession (S2)
More great television. I am so engaged and tuned into the successes and failures of all these people and many great uncomfortable scenes. But not to be understated, the humor is also really great. Banger lines constantly. Anyway, yeah, it's just more of a great thing!

5. Dragon Quest III Remake
I was so so so so very excited for this when it was announced! I'm extremely fond of DQ3 and a remake was so long overdue and it did not disappoint! The presentation is just next level, on top of all the new scenes, bosses, and QoL changes? Oh man, DQ3 at its peak! Yippee!

4. Zoroark - Master of Illusions
I'd not seen this Pokemon movie. The stakes were very surprisingly low compared to what I was used to with the older movies I adored. It had some interesting characters and Zorua was a cutie, but didn't really have the emotional impact I'm used to. Still a fun time.

3. The Wild Robot
Amazing. Glad I got around to watching it. Beautiful art direction, great premise, emotional and emotional and emotional gutpunch. Multiple times where the story could've ended, it just kept adding to the beats and complexities of parenthood and family and fuck, man, great movie.
