Oh, I get mad almost every day by such incivility! Seriously! I'm with you; it's about attitude. Or the driver who absolutely must change lanes in THAT spot, blocking everyone at rush hour even though driving 25 m ahead would make it so much easier for changing lanes. Ughhhh!
