Did the Court dismiss all claims arising under federal statues? Meaning did his decision leave you with claims solely limited to California statutes? I hope not but answer is not clear to me from the decision….

This Court’s order focused on status of Plaintiffs’ — Unions —governed by Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statutes. LMR statutes are not equivalent of laws enacted to protect the rights & benefits of individual federal employees irrespective of union membership
