There is no dedicated Minister. PM Carney ditched it as non essential and buried the file in Min. Hajdu file and we know how that’s going. I have pushed for a dedicated Minister along with advocacy groups.

No clawbacks was to be in the final regulations of the bill. The liberals said they would ensure no province clawed back. Then ditched the minister and put in one that did not pursue this.
