The way i set that up is putting it on the desktop's context menu (and make the UWP ones show if you right click + shift)

Since this version of desk.cpl still doesn't has display properties i'm just using w7's one lol

I mainly use this because i changed from RetroBar to ExplorerEX, which is a port of XP's taskbar and start menu. It doesn't rlly works with UWP apps so i had to use this and find a replacement for the volume tray, personalize and display settings menus
