I was raised Catholic and very much left the church as I grew into more progressive ideals. Francisco and now Leo in a bigger way make it feel safer to go back to the church and make me more proud of being brought up Catholic.

Yeah I’ve never done something like that with a new game, it was *tough* but I made a deck that overcommitted my runes and then rebuilt it after round one! 😅 l e a r n i n g

I think if you have experience in any other TCG you have skills that will translate. I learned the game in a quick conversation and watching a game and was then able to sit down, build a sealed deck, and competently play 4 rounds. (My TCG xp-I have played and/or worked on Magic for over 20 years)

I’ve been talking it up all day at the commandfest. I like slow rolling the mechanics and it usually goes like this: “It’s a brick-breaker” 👀 “…base building…” 👀👀 “…roguelike” 👀🤩👀
