This is a hell yeah moment. Provincial governments can't just play politics and fuck with municipalities without some solid evidence that their decisions are about anything but stoking suburban resentment.

An Ontario court has deemed the province's plan to remove three major Toronto bike lanes unconstitutional. A spokesperson for Ontario's transportation minister said the government will appeal.
