This upstairs steakhouse in Sapporo just across the street from Norbesa, is pretty good. Their name maybe Gyu no Matsusaka, but they serve exclusively Hokkaido beef.

First thing back in Tokyo and too late for much else, is for some chicken on sticks from a nearby Torikizoku.
