- Grand (Disrepair. Needs a few million dollars to restore. Owners won't sell.)
- Isis (Tied up with millions in debt. Too big. Tiny lobby. Paid parking.)
- Poly (Concrete shell with no parking lot.)

I've been inside and talked with the owner. No Zumba for a while. It's used as an event space (mainly Quinceañeras). It was converted into a roller rink in the 70s and then storage for almost 30 years. He's done a lot of work to it but there's not enough parking to be successful as a theater. 😑
