Ok guys how did I do tonight? Prime strips dry brined 2 hrs, the. Cast iron skillet 1 minute each side each side then preheated grill on low 4 minutes each side. Side dishes (not shown) garlicky asparagus and garlic bread with salad. I let the meat rest before serving.

I usually don’t post restaurant pics here but this was probably the best version of avocado toast with 2 medium eggs that I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. From a trip to Nashville last weekend. That roasted red pepper chili oil was amazing.

So, this is with a new oven. My Samsung had actual flames shooting out of the back of the control panel. But anyway this new LG is running hotter than expected so I'll adjust my cooktime. The #sourdough tastes good though and to be honest I like it extra crusty!

Big ol' pot of red sauce from yesterday. I used a portion of it to make a baked ziti. The ziti had ricotta and mozzarella cheese, no meat. I also made a big batch of fried chicken cutlets. Some were used for chicken parm. I'm eating a little of the leftovers today, even cold its still damn good.

A nicely made all veg pizza with thin crisp crust. Pizza is so much better when you choose to eat out and it hits the table less than 60 seconds after coming out of the oven. Veg is my new fav pizza especially since cured meats get such a bad rap.

Prepped and ready. Mac and cheese with a dusting of Italian breadcrumbs so it gets nice and brown and crusty. An 8 layer salad and some garlic bread. Not shown are chilli marinated chicken thighs and two marinated pork loins. And oh a nice appetizer assortment.

Especially for you then. Wagyu tartar wrapped around tuna on a dab of wasabi soy. With caviar on top. It was surprisingly tasty!

Making two loaves of #sourdough today and doing the final rise outside on the porch because it’s hot outside already. 🍞🥖. I think it’ll encourage it.
