you’re welcome! when i looked into last year, i read that they contain an alkalizing property when consumed! i also found ppl saying it was one of their acid trigger foods so who knows!!

with fitness+ u also get a bunch of training videos on ur device (not sure if this translates to the watch but obvi it works on your phone)

you might be able to get your battery serviced? highly encourage a powerbank for long periods out and about. i have 2 mophie banks

sometimes i really want an apple watch for the additional fitness+app features, but i think just having that app on my phone works fine! it’s bundled with my apple music stuff
